Dr. Jyotshna Saloi has been awarded the Ph.D. by Gauhati University in the Faculty of Law (Law) in the year 2023 for her thesis “A Study on the Constitutional Safeguards to the Scheduled Tribes in Assam with Special Reference to Lalung (Tiwa) Tribe”. Her area of interest includes Constitutional law, Administrative Law, Jurisprudence, and Research Methodology etc. Her research interest encompasses Transformative Constitutionalism, Constitution as a Living Organism, Administration of Scheduled Areas and Tribal Areas, Judicial Review, Distributive Justice, Feminist Jurisprudence, Sociological Jurisprudence, Administrative Adjudication, Delegated Legislation etc.She has published 2 (two) research papers in Journals having ISSN No. and 3 (three) Chapters in Edited Books having ISBN No. She has presented 8 (eight)Seminar Papers including 4(four) international seminar papers and 4 (four) national seminar papers. She has participated in 2 (two) Refresher Courses, 6 (six) Faculty Development Programmes, 4 (four) Teacher Training Programmes, 9 (nine) Workshops and 2 (two) Symposiums. Furthermore, she has participated in 28( twenty eight ) International/ National/ State Level Webinars and Weekend Online Lecture Series on different topics.
