This Grievance Redressal Portal functions in accordance with
the UGC (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations
and applicable directions issued by the Government of India
and the Government of Assam.

All grievances are examined by the institutional Grievance Redressal Committee
in a fair, transparent, and time-bound manner.

Anonymous, incomplete, or frivolous grievances may not be taken up for consideration.

The expected response time may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the grievance.
Terms & Conditions of Submission

The complainant must ensure that all information provided is
accurate, complete, and factually correct.

Supporting documents, if uploaded, shall be used only for official
verification and record purposes.

Submission of false, misleading, or fabricated information may
attract action as per institutional rules and regulations.

By submitting a grievance, the complainant agrees to abide by the
decision of the Grievance Redressal Committee.
