Short Bio

Dr. Gargi Dutta Paul is the Principal of Dispur Law College. She took her LL.M. degree from Gauhati University, Assam. Dr. Paul joined Dispur Law College as an Assistant Professor of Law in the year 2000. In 2009 she became the Vice-Principal of the College and remained in the same post till she became the Principal of the College in 2019. Dr. Paul was awarded with PHD degree in the year 2014. Her interest of research was ‘Elimination of hunger and malnutrition’. She participated in various talk shows of All India Radio, Door Darshan etc., She also gave lectures in Academic Staff College for some time. She actively participates in the capacity building programs conducted by different platforms.
