Short Bio

Tanay Paul is an Assistant Professor of Law at Dispur Law College. He holds an LL.M degree with specialization in Business Law from National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam and currently he is pursuing Ph.D from Department of Law, Gauhati University. His area of interest includes Business Ethics and Law, Criminal Jurisprudence and Reforms in Racial Disparities and Criminal Justice System. He has published four research articles in ISSN journals and in addition he has presented papers at various national seminars and has attended two Faculty Development Programe.
